Format: Anne offers free weekly online “taster” breathwork classes for everyone, all levels, who are curious to go on a journey and discover the power of your breath, as well as an online 6 week breathwork and movement course and 1:1 personal coaching sessions. During the 6 week course Anne guides participants, through breathwork and movement, to relax the mind, move with ease, reduce pain and stiffness, and release stress and anxiety.
