Why we love: EFT is a quick and effective way to help relieve stress, but can also be useful when working with more deeply rooted thought patterns, if you practise it over time.
For who: Some research shows that EFT can be effective for anxiety, depression, and even PTSD. However, while self-treatment with tapping may help some people, it is also important to seek professional help if you are suffering from a more severe condition, and consult with your doctor before practising EFT.
How it works: EFT is using your fingers to tap on specific energy hot spots on your body whilst repeating a phrase related to what you want to work on. The energy hotspots are tapped in a sequence in order to restore balance and energy, similar to how acupuncture works but without the needles, making it accessible an easy for people to practise at home.
