Why we love:  Using your voice centers and de-stress you in such a natural way. We can forget using our voices in our daily lives, other than for speaking, but to sing or chant together has historically been a central part in many cultures and religions. 

For who: Anyone can benefit from this very easy and grounding chant.

How it works: Chanting OM (or actually you pronounce it more like AUM) has its roots in Hinduism and Buddhism. When you chant OM, the sound vibrates at a certain frequency, which can also be found around us in nature, and so by chanting, we are connecting ourselves to nature and our surroundings. It might be the reason why using your voice to chant OM feels very natural and is something you can easily introduce as a morning routine, leaving you feeling relaxed, centered, and with lower stress levels.
